How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, with delivery typically taking 6-12 business days.
Please be aware that factors beyond our control, such as high order volumes, bank holidays, or supplier constraints, may rarely impact these timelines.
Do you ship to my country?
We currently, ship to the following countries:

*In rare instances, shipping may be restricted to your country due to logistical limitations from our suppliers.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your delivery. You can also track your order directly on our tracking page.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping fee is 15 Euros for orders under 150 Euros and free for orders over 150 Euros.
SIZING & MEASUREMENTS
How do your sizes compare internationally?
Our sizes are comparable to international sizing standards. To ensure the perfect fit, we recommend measuring a garment you own and comparing it to our size chart. However, please note that measurements may vary by 1-2 cm (0.4-0.8 inches) due to manual measurement.

Why is the size on the product different than what I had ordered?
That is not a mistake: our factory sizes are slightly smaller than standard international sizing. The product you received matches the size you ordered and aligns with the measurements in our size charts.
How do I measure my product?
We recommend measuring a product you already own and comparing it to our size chart for the best fit.
SHIRTS / KNITWEAR / JACKETS / COATS
Button the product (if applicable) and lay it flat on an even surface, ensuring the seams are aligned and the sleeves are positioned naturally.
- Chest Width (front view): measure just below the armpits.
- Shoulder Width (back view): measure from the top of one shoulder seam to the other.
- Length (back view): measure from the collar seam to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve Length (front view): Measure from the sleeve seam to the cuff, keeping the measuring tape along the outer edge.
TROUSERS
Button the trousers (if applicable) and leave any side adjusters loose. Lay them flat and ensure all seams are aligned.
- Waist Width: stretch the waistband and measure from one end to the other.
- Hip Width: stretch the fabric if there are pleats and measure just below the zipper seam.
- Upper Leg Width: measure just below the crotch at the widest part of the leg.
- Length: align the front and back waistbands perfectly and measure the full length of the trousers.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
What are the return conditions?
All items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the items.
Note: Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Zurich, Switzerland at the customer's cost.
How do returns work?
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to initiate a return:
1. Email info@moralana.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photo of the item (in case of damage)
- Your phone number
2. We will respond with a pre-paid return label. Please do not return items to the sender’s address, as this will delay processing.
3. You print the label at home and organize the pick up with the courier
When will I get my refund?
We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank account.
Note: Shipping costs are not refundable.
Can I exchange products?
Please follow the return process above to initiate a return of the unwanted products and place a new order for the desired size / color. We recommend ordering the desired products after initiating the return process to minimize waiting times.

As a small business, we currently do not have the budget to customize our products due to high minimum order quantities from suppliers. However, the product still maintains the same quality and values. With each order, we are getting closer to our goal!
